They periodically appear on the
surrogate motherhood
forums, new destinations where surrogated pregnancies can apparently be carried out.
These are more or less third world countries, where there simply does not exist
legislation in this regard. Neither for, nor against, because medicine advances faster
than the law. This is what happened in Thailand, or Nepal, which for a short period of time
became the "oasis" for certain parents who did not meet the requirements in other countries.
These countries ended up banning
surrogacy to foreigners, and
introducing important prison sentences in their respective penal codes, for those
foreigners breaking the law. CAMBODIA, or VIETNAM, has now become fashionable.
But both countries do not have legislation in this regard. In these countries,
processes are still done, until the authorities discover it, and end up legislating against it.
We must therefore strongly advise you not to listen to propositions of this kind, that
they would take them to a land without the slightest legal guarantee, and with enormous
legal risks
for your person.
